Karen Has Lost 22 Pounds and 14% Body Fat!

Karen is a really busy mother, who still finds time to attend Boot Camp three days per week. Most mothers tend to neglect their health and well-being, because they find it difficult managing the demands of work and family. Karen is definitely not one of those mothers. Excuses are not even words in her vocabulary. Karen has lost 22 pounds and 14% body fat.
You can see the difference from the pictures, She also lost tons of inches. When Karen first started Boot Camp she was 145 pounds. She is now 123. Karen’s hard work and dedication is proof that if you are willing to make time for your health and well-being, you can reach that goal that you may want to achieve. Don’t make excuses, don’t put it off, It’s a matter of just getting started. Congrats Karen, This is just the beginning.
