Yes all trainers are certified.  We are big on education, getting our clients results in a safe friendly environment is our priority?

You are welcome your fitness level doesn’t matter, we will start where you are and build from there.  Just show up to class and we will do the rest.

We are a Mississauga Gym located at 3420 Semenyk Ct #2. Our nearest major intersection is Mavis and Burnhamthorpe.

No Problem! If you are unable to visit us at our Mississauga location, you have the option of working with us 1-on-1 online via zoom, or the option to join us for the 12-Week Transformation Program.
